It's almost been 1 year since I've posted something on my blog! I don't really know why it's been this long. I think there have been a few factors such as school, work and just enjoying life without social media.
There have been a few changes since november 2017 which are the following:
1 I've turned 19 in august ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽ‰ and I celebrated it in Scotland. 2 I've been traveling to Spain, Belgium, Scotland, England and Austria. 3 I'm in my final year of this school which also means I have to work really hard and at the same time decide what I want next year.
There is probably a lot more but I can't come up with them right now!
I still have a few unfinished blog posts which is a shame because I can see that a lot of you are still reading my blog posts even though I haven't been here! So I am going to try and finish them and post them for you!

I'm not sure what to type anymore so I'm just leaving you with this๐Ÿ˜
see you soon,

Puff Pastry Chicken Snacks

You will need:
- Chicken minced
-Garlic (I used two pieces)
- 1 egg
- puff pastry - An oven

These are some of the ingredients I used.
Let's get baking!
1 Get you puff pastry and chicken minced out of the freezer. Wait until they're defrost. 2 Chop up your garlic in tiny pieces. 3 Mix the Chicken minced and garlic together and make tiny balls or ovals.

4 Bake them until they're done and golden brown.

5 Put 1 Chicken minced oval on top of a puff pastry and fold it together.

6 Add some mixed egg on top of your puff pastries. I used this kitchen brush.

7 Then put them in the oven for 25 minutes on 220 degrees.

8 They're done! ✅  They also taste great with some ketchup but that's not necessary.
I hope you enjoyed reading this blog post! I will see you next week with another blog post.

What I eat during my Stranger Things 2 marathon.

Happy halloween! ๐ŸŽƒ
I'm very busy lately that's why there was no new blog post these last few weeks. Last year I wanted to write every single day a blog post in October, but it didn't last. This year I'm even worse...... Oh well luckily nobody is sad if I skip a few weeks of blog posts.

Now I'm going to show you what I eat during my stranger things 2 marathon.
1 I eat some daim  mini chocolate bars.
2 I eat lots and lots of cinnamon rolls/buns  I bought these at Ikea they are mini and I also made some on my own.

I also bought these frozen ones at Ikea.  You have to put them in the oven for about 14-16 minutes at 170 degrees.

I thought that this explanation was very cute and handy.

Then I popped them in the oven and by the time they where done they looked like this.

I also bought at Ikea some vanilla sauce to spice my cinnamon rolls/buns up.  I even heated the vanilla sauce up.

and voila this is the end result of my warmed up cinnamon roll/bun.
What do you eat d…

Cephalonia 2017

August 8th, 2017 -- August 22nd, 2017
I went with my family to Greece! this time to an island called Cephalonia. It was very very hot especially the first week. It was about 39 degrees. I made a few pictures on my phone. This holiday I really wanted to enjoy the time I had there. So I made less picture and videos than the years before, but I also enjoyed it more.
here are some of the pictures I took on my family holiday to Greece.

This was the view at night from out of my apartment.

I went out for lunch with my brother. These are the pictures I took at the restaurant.

Some beautiful flowers ๐ŸŒบ.

The view from out of my apartment during the day.

The view from out of my apartment with a sunset.

I turned 18 during my vacation and my family decorated the whole apartment and that was really sweet of them ❤️.
If you look really closely you can see in the middle of the photo a turtle.

When I went to Zakinthos I ate loads of pita gyros and they didn't really have a lot…
